We primarily provide designs in JPEG and PNG formats, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Occasionally, you may also receive SVG or PSD files, which will be highlighted in the product listing. Additionally, mock-up files (both with and without watermarks) are included. Please note that if you use the mock-ups for advertising, you must add your own watermark beforehand.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an instant download link via email. The files are stored on Dropbox, and you can access them without needing a Dropbox account. Simply click the link and choose the “Go to website” option. If you cannot locate the download link, please ensure the payment has cleared and check your inbox (including spam folders). You can also search for the email from @sublimationdesigns.uk.
Please download the files immediately after delivery. Occasionally designs will be removed or discontinued, and you risk losing these if you do not download until later down the line.

DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a process where designs are printed onto a special film, which is then transferred onto fabric using heat and adhesive. This method is versatile and works on a variety of fabric types, including cotton and polyester, unlike sublimation, which is limited to polyester fabrics.
UV-DTF is a similar process but involves the use of UV-curable inks, which provide a high-quality, durable finish that is resistant to scratching and fading. This method is ideal for hard surfaces such as glass, metal, and plastic.
Since we are still in the process of testing our designs for DTF and UV-DTF printing, we recommend using these methods only with our approved third-party suppliers. This ensures that the designs will print correctly without unintended white areas or artifacts.
Yes, for DTF and UV-DTF our designs can be printed on gang sheets, with our approved third-party suppliers only. Gang Sheets are large sheets that allow multiple designs to be printed together. This is a cost-effective option for those who need to print multiple designs at once. If you are interested in this, please reach out to us or our approved third-party suppliers to confirm the design’s suitability for gang sheet printing.
While our designs were initially created for sublimation printing, we have recently begun working with DTF and UV-DTF printing. Sublimation does not require the use of white ink, so designs often have “white noise” (random white pixels) that are invisible to the naked eye. These pixels, left over from creating transparent backgrounds, will print as white in DTF or UV-DTF, which may affect the final result.
To ensure the best print quality, we recommend double-checking older designs with us before using them for DTF or UV-DTF printing. If you are printing on white fabric, the design may still appear fine, but for other colours, the white pixels could stand out.
For newer designs, we are thoroughly testing them before release to ensure they meet the quality standards required for DTF and UV-DTF printing. If in doubt, please contact us before using older designs in this format.
