UV-DTF Design Licence Agreement – Sublimation Designs UK

By purchasing our designs and using as UV-DTF (Ultraviolet Direct to Film Printing) , you agree to the terms outlined in this licence agreement. These terms ensure the correct use of our designs and protect both you as the customer and DAB Digital Designs Limited, the owner of all design files. Please read this agreement carefully.

Permitted Use:

  1. Personal Use with Your Own UV-DTF Printer:
    If you wish to use our design files for UV-DTF printing, you must do so using your own UV-DTF printer. We do not sell designs specifically for UV-DTF, so any designs you use for this method must be printed directly by you using your personal UV-DTF printer. These designs can be printed onto hard surfaces such as glass, metal, or plastic using UV-curable inks and applied to final products.
  2. Purchase Physical UV-DTF Prints from Smart Crafts:
    If you do not have your own UV-DTF printer, you may purchase physical UV-DTF prints of our selected designs exclusively through Smart Crafts. We have sent a selection of designs directly to Smart Crafts, and they are authorised to print and sell these designs as physical UV-DTF transfers. Digital file sharing for UV-DTF printing through any other third-party services is not permitted.
  3. No Digital File Sharing (Except with Smart Crafts, for Physical Prints):
    Our digital design files cannot be shared, distributed, or sold for UV-DTF printing by any third-party service. Only Smart Crafts is authorised to offer physical UV-DTF prints of our selected designs, and sharing files for this purpose is not allowed unless explicitly authorised by DAB Digital Designs Limited.

Prohibited Use:

  1. No Third-Party UV-DTF Printing:
    You are not permitted to send our UV-DTF designs to any third-party printing companies other than Smart Crafts for purchasing physical prints. Any UV-DTF printing must be done using your own UV-DTF printer or by purchasing pre-printed UV-DTF designs from Smart Crafts.
  2. No Selling of UV-DTF Transfers:
    You are prohibited from selling UV-DTF transfers as standalone products. The UV-DTF prints must only be used on final products, such as glassware, metal items, or home decor.
  3. No Alterations to Designs (Except Adding Text):
    You may not alter or modify the designs, except for adding text. Any other changes to the design are not allowed.
  4. No Reselling or Distribution of Digital Files:
    You are not allowed to resell, share, or distribute our digital design files, either as standalone items or as part of a package, unless authorised by DAB Digital Designs Limited.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

All digital design files are the intellectual property of DAB Digital Designs Limited. Purchasing a design file grants you a licence to use the file as outlined in this agreement but does not transfer ownership of the design itself.

Violations and Penalties:

Any violation of this licence agreement may result in the immediate termination of your licence to use our designs, without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in the event of a breach of these terms.

Updates to This Licence Agreement:

DAB Digital Designs Limited reserves the right to update or modify this licence agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for any changes.
